Even if your images don’t have GPS metadata, you can still transform your space into an interactive tour using Manual Mode. Manual Mode works with or without GPS data, giving you full control over your tour’s design.

Creating a Virtual Tour in Manual Mode with TillerXR

Follow these steps to create a tour in Manual Mode:

Step 1: Upload Your Images

  1. Navigate to the Assets screen.
  2. Click Create New Album to organize your media.
    • Add a title and description for your album.
  3. Open your newly created album.
  4. Click Add Images to upload your photos.
    • Note: Images don’t need to have GPS metadata for Manual Mode.

Step 2: Access the Tour Builder

  1. After your images are uploaded, click the Create button.
  2. Select Create Tour from the options.
    • You can also create an album or a tour from any screen in the app.
  3. Enter the details for your tour and select Manual Mode.
    • In Manual Mode, you’ll manually connect hotspots between images, allowing full customization of the tour’s flow.
  4. Save your tour details, which will automatically launch the editor.
  5. In the editor, select your album to load the assets gallery.

Step 3: Building Your Tour in Manual Mode

  1. Select the images you want to include in your tour. You can click Select All to include every image, or choose specific images.
  2. Click Add to Tour to begin the manual connection process.

Step 4: Creating Hotspots

  1. Choose an image to start connecting to others.
    • You can preview the image by clicking the magnifying glass icon on the thumbnail or the pencil icon to view it in a pop-up modal.
  2. Once you’ve confirmed the image, pan the current image to the direction where you want to add the hotspot.
    • Positioning the hotspot during this step saves time, though you can adjust it later.
  3. Select the next image you want to connect and click Add Hotspot.
  4. The images will now be connected, and your first hotspot has been created!
